Director Andrey Fomenko introduced the Project Development Center of Pechenga District "Second School" - a major facilitator of social and economic development projects in Nikel and Pechenga districts in the Murmansk region. After closure if the nickel mine, new industry to the region is needed and he invited Norwegian companies to take part in this development.
